Born in Lebanon in 1962, Mr. Georges Chehwane graduated from Université St. Joseph in Beirut with a masters degree in economical science.
In 1992, Mr. Chehwane established Plus Holding that started in the advertising field with Group Plus Media, one of the largest outdoor advertising companies today in the Middle East, operating in Lebanon, Syria, Dubai and Bahrain.
In 2007, Plus Properties was established as a Real Estate development company, active in Dubai, Beirut and Cyprus. In addition, under the umbrella of Plus Holding, brokerage, printing, investment, and medical companies are active in the Middle East.
Today, Plus Properties Cyprus is developing more than 18 residential luxurious projects all over Cyprus with very high-end finishing. More than 60% of the projects are sold. With offices in Larnaca and Limassol and recently Moscow, our sales team is well equipped and ready to help clients find the right investment opportunity. Plus Properties offers the opportunity to clients to obtain the European citizenship through the acquisition of shares.
In April 2018, Plus Properties announced that is started operating in Greece.
In addition, Mr. Chehwane is the President of the Lebanese Cypriot Business Council having as a main objective to facilitate the trade and commerce between Lebanon and Cyprus.
