  • Anna Karafoulidou
    Director of the Royal Commonwealth Society Cyprus Branch (RCS Cyprus)
    Anna Karafoulidou is the Director of the Royal Commonwealth Society Cyprus Branch (RCS Cyprus) and Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Law of the University of Nicosia since September 2017. She studied Law in Greece (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and Germany (University of Cologne) as well as International Relations and Diplomacy of the European Union in Bruges, Belgium (Collège d' Europe) and Public International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law. Anna has previously served as Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Nicosia, Political Officer at the Delegation of the European Union to the International Organisations in Vienna and Adviser to the Permanent Mission of Cyprus to the OSCE. She has also worked for the European Commission, the Legal Service of the Republic of Cyprus and the Permanent Representation of Cyprus to the Council of Europe. In addition to her mother tongue, Greek, Anna is fluent in English, French, German, Dutch and Spanish. She also has notions of Italian and Russian.
