    Mr. Viacheslav Zarenkov was born on March 28, 1951 in Vitebsk region of the Belarus Republic. In year 1977, Viacheslav graduated from the Leningrad Civil Engineering Institute.
    From 1973 to 1986, he worked in "Glavzapstroy". Viacheslav started his career as a fitter and after several years became the Head of Department. In 1987, Viacheslav Zarenkov set up LenSpetsSMU, which has grown to become one of the Russia's largest development and construction corporation - Etalon Group.
    Viacheslav Zarenkov is a CEO, Founding shareholder and President of Etalon Group. The Company focuses on middle class residential real estate in the Moscow and St. Petersburg metropolitan areas. With a 30-year history, Etalon Group has one of the longest and most successful track records in the Russian real estate industry - since its inception, Etalon Group has commissioned 5.8 million sqm.
    Viacheslav Zarenkov is the Honored Builder of the Russian Federation, PhD in Economics, PhD in Technical Sciences, PhD in Architecture, Professor, artist, writer. Author of more than 189 patented inventions, 3 monographs, more than 100 research articles and a series of artist's books.
    Viacheslav Zarenkov is awarded with Gold Medal of Society for the Encouragement of National Industry of France (Société d'Encouragement pour l'Industrie Nationale), the Order of Honor of the Russian Federation, awards of the Russian Orthodox Church: of St Daniel of third degree, of St George, of Sergius of Radonezh, "Rus Derzhavnaya", the Commendation of Patriarch of Moscow and all Rus' Kirill for the assistance in restoration of relics of the village where St. John of Kronstadt, with a badge of honor "For Merit to St. Petersburg", with a badge of honor "The Builder of St Petersburg". The winner of the public award "Skyline" and Tsarskoye Selo Artistic Award.
    In addition to business management, Viacheslav Zarenkov founded "Creative World" – an international social and cultural project. Viacheslav is a member of the Trade Union of Artists, his paintings are widely exhibited and he is an active participant in the Saint Petersburg arts community.
    He is engaged in numerous philanthropic activities including the trusteeship of schools and restoration of churches.
