Tigran Ghazaryan is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in business operations, development, and international relations. He currently serves as CEO of the International Business Relations Support (IBRS) Council, fostering global economic partnerships and spearheading strategic initiatives that promote cross-border collaboration. Mr. Ghazaryan holds an Executive MBA, and certifications in Business Process Management (BPM) and Certified Operations Management (COM), underscoring his deep expertise in organizational development and process optimization.
Mr. Ghazaryan is also an academic contributor, serving as an adjunct lecturer for
MBA programs in Armenia’s top universities, and is actively engaged in training
and leadership development. Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian, he brings
a multicultural and multidimensional perspective to strategic business leadership.
