Sara Gunnervik is the managing partner for KENDRIS (Cyprus) Limited. She has been active in company law and corporate governance in Cyprus since 2003. Over the years, she has worked for various law firms as well as corporate service providers. She has many years of experience in leading and guiding various kinds of cross-border transactions such as corporate reorganisations and restructurings as well as international financings. Sara Gunnervik was Head of Legal for two international service providers in Cyprus for a decade. She was then Director of Client Services at TMF Administrative Services in Cyprus before joining and forming the company she manages now.
