Jad Wakil is a professional specialized in real estate investments with background in banking, as well as business consulting and financial advisory. He received a BE in Industrial Engineering and a Master degree in International Business and Management from the University of Westminster. In 2016 Jad Wakil launched Mouflon Real Estate Investment Fund in partnership with two Cypriot and Lebanese partners, initially to invest in revenue-generating real estate assets. The fund currently has €30 million of assets under management in Cyprus. The license of the fund was upgraded in 2020 and it is now licensed as a private equity fund, with the objective of growing a range of investments locally or abroad. One of the focuses is to grow company's current portfolio in Cyprus properties because of the numerous opportunities available in the market.
