Chrysilios is a tax Partner in PwC Cyprus, Head of Indirect Tax Advisory and Head of East Market & Deputy COO. He has over 27 years of experience leading projects in international tax, design, implementation and monitoring of tax procedures and processes.

Chrysilios Pelekanos is currently a Member of the VAT Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, of which he has also served as the President. In this capacity, he has been actively liaising with the VAT authorities and providing recommendations on development and implementation of new legislation measures. He was also appointed as representative of Cyprus in the European Multistakeholder forum on e-invoicing when the amendments in the EU VAT directive on e-invoicing were discussed. He also has extensive experience as a conference Chairman and speaker and was appointed as President to several committees such the Learning and Education Committee.

Chrysilios is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a graduate of The University of Manchester BA Economics. He also has a Masters in Law with specialisation in Tax.
