    Chris Droussiotis (C.H.E, MBA) has over 18 years of teaching experience in areas of quantitative analysis and finance for undergraduate and graduate programs at Columbia University, Fordham University, Seton Hall University and Baruch College. He is currently a senior lecturer at Columbia University's Enterprise Risk Management program teaching corporate valuations and investment analysis. He is an author and contributor to four books in the areas of investment, finance, and credit analysis. His recent publications have focus on Intellectual Property and start-up valuations, and cryptocurrency investments and options.

    Prior to his academic career, Chris was an investment banking executive for 30+ years specializing in the areas of leveraged finance, private equity financing and structured finance. He has worked for major New York money center banks including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Bank of Tokyo, Mitsubishi, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp where he served as a Managing Director and Head of the Strategic Credit Products Group. Chris also serves as an advisor to various companies and venture funds including Kinisis Ventures Ltd.
