Mr. Andreas Athinodorou has over 30 years of international experience focused on Finance and Legal matters for Fund and Corporate Solutions in International investments with a special interest in the IP and TECH space. He is the founder and CEO of ATG Funds (formerly CEO of the Aspen Trust Group), a financial services group based in Cyprus focusing on International Fund and Corporate Services and solutions. His experience covers investment management solutions, administration of alternative investment funds and cross-border investment structures. Mr. Andreas Athinodorou is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He is a founding member of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) and Chairman of the Fund Administration Services Committee. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), as well as a member of STEP, IFA, and ITPA.
