Ghellal Abdelaziz is a corporate lawyer with a background of 15 years in the international arbitration department in the Algerian National Oil and Gas Company. He has managed major international disputes in the field of oil and gas transportation, oil and gas products price review, EPC engineering Procurement construction contracts for large industrial complexes. for more than 10 years he was the representative of the Algerian National Oil& Gas Company to IMO (International Maritime Organisation) and IOPC funds (International Oil Pollution Compensation Funds) in London. He is currently a Managing Director of Galleon Shipping Services, a company specializing in legal maritime advising, shipbroking and commodity trading in Africa.
