Raed El-Khadem is the Deputy Chief of Mission of the Lebanese Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus. He served as head of the cultural department at the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that assignment, he was the head of the economic department at the Lebanese Embassy in London. Other assignments have included Consul at the Lebanese Embassy in Washington, DC overseeing 22 States, and Deputy Chief of Mission at the Lebanese Embassy in Sana'a, Yemen from 2005 to 2009. He holds a BA in political science and public administration from the American University of Beirut and a Masters in International Policy and Practice from the George Washington University.
