Homi Motamedi has been a risk manager consultant and insurance broker since 1970. He has been a member of the Insurance Brokers Registration Counsel (IBRC) in London since 1989.
He has worked with major international Risk Management and Reinsurance brokers during the last 50 years such as: Willis in the UK; Marsh in the USA; Jauch and Hubener in Germany; and Grasavoye in France, etc. He has provided services for multinational companies in various places such as: Floor Thyseen in their oil and gas refinery in the Middle East; the consortium of ABB+Bilfinger Berger+Babcock in their power plant in Neka, Dugas UAE;, etc.
He is an LL.D. graduate in International Law. He is also lecturing insurance and risk management in MBA courses.
