Georges Chehwane, the Lebanese / Cypriot businessman started his professional journey in the Media and Advertising sector in 1992 to become after 27 years the head of PLUS HOLDING, a conglomerate operating in 5 countries (Lebanon, UAE, Bahrain, Syria & Cyprus) with more than 40 companies under its umbrella diversified between Media, Printing, Real Estate Development, Brokerage, Agriculture & Investment fields.
Holding a BA Degree in Economics from USJ University in Lebanon, Chehwane established Group Plus in 1992 a media company in Beirut. This start-up business grew up to be one of the major & prominent Outdoor Media Advertising companies in the Middle East operating today in Lebanon, UAE, Bahrain and Syria.
Plus Properties Lebanon was founded in 2007 followed by Plus Properties Cyprus in 2015 offering today a diverse selection of luxurious iconic projects, ranging from residential buildings to mixed-use towers and gated communities with 7 projects in Lebanon and more than 25 projects in selected locations in Larnaca and Limassol. Many of them already delivered and the rest is under process.
Plus Properties Cyprus grew to become one of the leading Real Estate developers on the Island and a trusted reference to many foreign investors applying for the Cypriot Citizenship Program through Real Estate investments.
Believing in his second home Cyprus and what this Island has to offer; Georges Chehwane founded in 2016 the "Lebanese Cypriot Business Council" presided by him with a mission to connect businessmen in both countries Lebanon & Cyprus, creating promising Investment opportunities.
