Carolina Melo Joined Bupa in February 2019 as Account Manager for Bupa Global EEA. In this role, Carolina Melo manages the EEA portfolio with a focus on the SME segment predominantly in Cyprus and Greece. Carolina is
responsible for driving growth ensuring that we manage and grow our customer portfolio across the EEA in the SME segment. This incorporates our Direct and Broker channels. Carolina also manages work with different stakeholders across the business to ensure we have the right products/services to suit the market needs, making it easy to continue to do business with us and attracting new customers to Bupa.
Carolina reports to the BG EEA Sales & Distribution Director, Martine Prior.
Prior to joining Bupa, Carolina has worked in sales for 10 years, 6 of those in the IPMI industry, more recently for Allianz Care where she managed the Sales for Individual and SME segments. Carolina has a degree in Social Science and prides herself on providing her clients and
brokers with the best customer experience.
Carolina is a member of the Insurance Institute of Ireland since 2017 and is APA Qualified. Also, a member of the Executive Institute of Ireland since 2018.
